Zusammenfassung
Für den Erfolg einer Organtransplantation
sind neben einer komplikationsarmen
operativen Technik
und einer suffizienten immunsuppressiven
Therapie auch eine
gute Konservierung der zu transplantierenden
Organe ganz entscheidend.
Nur so kann gewährleistet
werden, dass die Organe
nach Transplantation im Empfänger
ihre Funktion wieder aufnehmen.
Eine große Bedeutung
kommt hierbei der Organspende-
Operation zu. In den meisten
Fällen handelt es sich um Multi -
organentnahmen, bei denen sowohl
Herz, Lunge, Leber, Nieren
und ggf. Bauchspeicheldrüse und
Dünndarm entnommen werden.
Da mehrere Operationsteams an
der Multiorganentnahme beteiligt
sind und diese in aller Regel
in dem Krankenhaus stattfindet,
in dem der Patient behandelt
worden ist, erfordert dies eine
gute logistische Planung und interdisziplinäre
Zusammenarbeit
sowohl vor als auch während der
Organspende-Operation. Bei der
Operation müssen alle Maßnahmen
am Körper des Organspenders
mit Ernsthaftigkeit und in
Würde erfolgen.
Abstract
For the success of an organ transplantation
in addition to a surgical
technique low in complications
and a sufficient immune suppressive
therapy, a good preservation
of the organ to remove is essential.
Only by this full functioning of the
organ in the acceptor can be ensured.
A great significance belongs
to the organ donation surgery. In
most cases this concerns the multiple
organ removal, where heart,
lung, liver, kidneys and, when indicated,
pancreas and small bowel
are removed. As more surgical
teams take part and this happens
usually in the hospital where the
patient has received medical treatment
a good logistic planning and
interdisciplinary cooperation before
and during the organ donation
surgery is essential. During
the surgery all procedures shall be
conducted with seriousness and
appreciation.
