Zusammenfassung
Der Artikel beschreibt die Erscheinungsformen selbstverletzenden
Verhaltens in ihrer Problematik sowohl
für die Betroffenen als auch für ihr Umfeld. Der Autor
gibt einen Überblick über die verschiedenen Ebenen
genetischer, neurobiologischer und funktionaler Ursachen von Autoaggression. Vor dem Hintergrund
anthroposophischer Betreuungskonzepte und der oft
durch das Verhalten überforderten Situation wird der
Bedarf an methodischen Ansätzen aufgezeigt, die dem
anthroposophischen Menschenverständnis Rechnung
tragen. In diesem Kontext wird das Verfahren der
Positiven Verhaltensunterstützung dargestellt und
auf seine Vorteile und seine Eignung im Setting anthroposophischer
Sozial- und Inklusionsarbeit hin
diskutiert.
Abstract
The article describes the manifestations of self-harming
behaviour and the problems they pose both for
those affected and for their environment. The author
gives an overview of the different levels of genetic,
neurobiological and functional causes of auto-aggression.
Against the background of anthroposophical
care concepts and the often overwhelming situation
caused by the behaviour, the need for methodological
approaches that take account of the anthroposophical
understanding of the human being is demonstrated. In
this context, the method of positive behaviour support
is presented and its advantages and suitability in the
setting of anthroposophical social and inclusion work
are discussed.
